All 3 ingredients, cinnamon, lemon and honey are high in antioxidants and can boost:

  • Heart health

  • Digestive health

  • Brain health

  • Relief from cough & cold

**RECIPE** (for 2 people)

  • 1-2 Tablespoons of honey

  • 1 sllice of lemon

  • 1 Cinnamon stick - Ceylon or Sri lanka variety (avoid Cassia variety)

  • 48 oz of hot water (I make one batch and split into 2 portions for my son and I)

Cinnamon is a multifaceted medicinal plant with endless health-benefits, it is known as the superhero of all spices as it is PACKED with POWER. Here's why we love cinnamon:

  • In terms of antioxidant activity, cinnamon outranks other spices and "superfoods" such as garlic and oregano

  • Recent studies have shown cognitive boosting benefits, specifically memory and learning ability improvement

  • Reduces germs in the oral cavity and fights problems of bad breath and dental pain

  • It has anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and prebiotic properties

  • It can help reduce blood pressure, blood clotting, and control blood sugar

  • It can help lower cholesterol and triglycerides.
